Account deletion request
in Fix Concierge Provider App
Attention
Please read before requesting account deletion.
If you request to delete your account, we are obligated to erase all data related to you completely.
You should understand that this data includes:
Your full name, contact phone numbers, email address, postal address, personal identifier, and based on it, other data is generated.
Such as:
- Attached phone numbers and service links associated with you.
- All your active campaigns will also be removed, and any jobs you have taken will be automatically reassigned to other service providers.
To ensure that it is indeed you, please fill out the form with the data you provided or modified during the process - the data currently entered in your account.
Your data will be deleted within 24 hours.
Remember! Recovery of your data after this action is not possible!

Quick Account Deletion within the Fix Concierge Provider Application
Reminder. You can quickly delete your account within the Fix Concierge Provider application:
- Go to the "Account" tab
- Click on "Delete Account"
Carefully read what will happen when deleting your account, if you agree - Check the box "Yes, I am confident in my decision"
- Confirm deletion by clicking the "Delete Account" button
Your data will be completely deleted.
